Reports
Analyses, build docs, incident write-ups and post-event briefs. Each report lives at a permanent link and is updated in place — check the status on the report itself before quoting a figure.

Status. Provisional means figures are still expected to move; the report says what is outstanding and when it resolves. Final means every input has landed.
Links are permanent. Report paths name the event, not the version. Re-running a report overwrites it at the same URL, so the link you were sent will always show the current figures. Git holds the history.
Names. Reports may identify prospects and reps. Most carry a Names shown / Names hidden control — use it before sharing beyond people entitled to see the CRM.
